- All services are provided on a project basis with specific deliverables agreed upon in writing.
- Timelines and deliverables will be outlined in individual project proposals or contracts.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Service availability and features may change without prior notice.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements or invoices.
- A deposit may be required before work commences on certain projects.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services.
- We accept various payment methods which will be communicated during the engagement.
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to final deliverables as specified in project agreements.
- NextVision retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Source files and working documents remain property of NextVision unless explicitly transferred.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any materials provided to us for use in projects.
- All pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner.
Limitation of Liability
- NextVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by client feedback or third-party services.
- We do not guarantee specific results from marketing or promotional services.
- Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
- If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
- Any legal action must be filed within one year of the issue arising.
- The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information for project execution
- Respond to communications and feedback requests in a timely manner
- Ensure you have rights to all materials provided for use in projects
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Comply with all applicable laws when using our services
Cancellation & Refunds
- Projects may be cancelled with written notice, subject to payment for work completed
- Rush fees and expedited charges are non-refundable
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days
- Subscription services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice
- No refunds for completed and approved work
